JELPO Cleaner provides an online platform connecting individuals seeking cleaning services with independent service providers. Our services include residential, commercial, event, and Airbnb cleaning, which can be booked through our mobile application or website.
To access and use our services, you must register for a JELPO Cleaner account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Any personal data you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act, 2020.
Service providers on JELPO Cleaner are independent contractors and not employees of JELPO Cleaner. They are responsible for delivering cleaning services in accordance with the standards set by JELPO Cleaner and the specific requirements of customers. Service providers are also required to comply with the Data Protection Act, 2020, in handling any personal data.
Users may cancel booked services in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined on our platform. Refunds will be processed based on the terms of the cancellation policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JELPO Cleaner or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit permission.
To the extent permitted by law, JELPO Cleaner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under Jamaican law.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to the processing of your data under certain circumstances.
